Equipment

Most of the pictures at this site were taken with the Canon Powershot A85 and Powershot A95 digital cameras with 4.0 and 5.0 megapixels respectively. These are pocket cameras but they do take really nice pictures if used well. There are a few scanned pictures taken with the Canon EOS 650 SLR which is over 20 years old but still takes wonderful (film) shots.

It is our hope to replace the EOS with a more modern digital SLR probably the Canon EOS 10D or 20D in the very near future. The 20D is a nice camera to have featuring an 8.2 MP CMOS Sensor, a second generation DIGIC II Image Processor, 5 fps performance for up to 23 consecutive frames and a 0.2 second start-up time; this captures richly detailed, perfectly exposed images with exceptional speed.

We'll definately see much differences between the PowerShot and the 10D/20D when the latter arrives at DanabNet.com. If you have a better option (or know of some good deals) then let us hear from you.

...so after all the wait the Canon EOS 20D finally arrived...
